Nature Is Only 'Yards Away' Story Slam with F&M!

Calling all nature enthusiasts! Sign up at the slam to tell your story about a unique nature experience! Come share your story.

Not familiar with a story slam? It is a live storytelling competition where individuals tell true, personal stories within a five-minute time limit, based on a specific theme. Storytellers are not allowed to read from notes and must perform their stories from memory. Participants will sign up at the slam and see if their name is selected. The competition part is meant to be fun and not taken too seriously. Fun prizes included!

This event is free and open to the public and is co-sponsored by F&M's Center for Sustainable Environment and Writers House.
