Community Yoga w/ Jill

We’re glad to offer community yoga in our beautiful, meditative spaces on Wednesdays 7am & Fridays at 7am & 9:30 am with Jill. Both sessions are one-hour Vinyasa-style yoga with kind, experienced teachers to guide you. These classes don’t have a set fee, but all are welcome, and we invite you to pay what you can ($10-$25 value) in order to help keep these classes going.

Jill is a 200-hour RYT yoga teacher with over three years of teaching experience and more than a decade of personal practice. She primarily teaches vinyasa flow-style classes, welcoming all levels while providing space for students to move in ways that feel intuitive and creative. She incorporates various teachings of yoga into her classes, with a primary focus on helping students connect with themselves on a deeper level through greater openness, expansiveness, and clarity.

With a background in personal training, Jill brings a unique emphasis on proper alignment while building strength, flexibility, and mobility in each class. Every class is a little different and fun in its own way!

Passionate about all forms of movement, Jill enjoys strength training, yoga, running, hiking, and daily walks with her dog, Baloo. She believes in approaching life holistically, emphasizing balance through movement, nutrition, and mindfulness. Outside the studio, Jill loves traveling, spending time in nature, and being with family and friends.
