Cathedral of Funk - Open Air Sessions!

Cathedral of Funk is bringing the groove to the patio with our Open Air Sessions—four Sundays of sunshine, soul, and serious dance floor energy.

Join us Sunday, August 2nd from 2- 4 PM for an afternoon of dancing as we kick off a month of open-format concept grooves. Jam Hot Radio + Special Guests will be playing multi-genre music that will make you move and groove. Different sounds. One mission: keep it FUNKY.

This series will go every Sunday in August, leading up to the West Art Bloc Party, and will feature special guest DJs throughout the patio sessions! 

Cathedral of Funk is more than a dance party—it's a community, started as a way for all walks of life to come together and let the day's stress melt away. No expectations. No judgement. Just free movement, connection, and a whole lot of joy.

For our August series, we're doing things a little differently. Cathedral Of Funk is about building our community of dancefloor-loving humans, and we love seeing faces old and new. Our August Open Air Sessions will be a suggested donation of $10; pay what you can. No one is turned away due to lack of funds.
