He's performed for over 15 years on international stages, in 16 countries (Americas, Europe, Asia), and he's making a stop right here at our City Hall stage. Opening the night is Lancaster's very own Cesar and The Five, a high-energy and versatile combo that's driven by a mission to connect people of all cultures and backgrounds through rhythm, storytelling, and shared human connection.
