West Art Welcomes Big Cricket String Band with Andy and the Dandy!
West Art is excited to present Big Cricket String Band for their brand new CD release! Old Time Appalachian String Band music from Baltimore, Maryland, is raucous, rollicking, and brings an energy that you can't help but dance along to! Fronted by an upfront, double-fiddle sound and driving rhythm section that knows no rules, the band is excited to spend the evening celebrating their new CD release in Lancaster.
Opening the night is Andy and the Dandy! Andrew Pauls and Danny Mulligan are some of the finest honky-tonkers in Lancaster and are no strangers to our City Hall stage! Join us!
What to expect at the show:
>> Doors will open at 6:30. The show will start at 7:00 pm.
>> Tickets are $20 in advance, and $25 at the door if not sold out. As always, we’re proud to present an all-ages show.
>> Parking is available on the street around F&M College. We suggest finding a spot on the park side of Buchanan Ave, Race Ave, or College Ave (North of Buchanan). Thank you for helping us be good neighbors!
>> Format: This will be a standing show with limited seating in City Hall. Reserved Balcony Seating is also available for purchase. Our space is ADA accessible, and we will do our best to accommodate any specific needs.
>> If you haven't yet discovered the magic of the West Art Coffee Bar, now's your chance! We're open from 7am-10pm daily, with a full and delicious espresso bar menu, along with a lovely selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, plenty of N/A options, and some tasty bites from our favorite local bakeries. Something for everyone, all day long! Come hang out before the show and experience it for yourself!
