Join us in the Upside Down for another epic Closing Time Collective Show! King in Yellow is headlining with support from Giant, Paltrow, and Hollow Protagonist! The show is at 6:30 pm, with doors at 6. Tickets are $10 and available at the door!
King in Yellow (Kingston, NY) are self-described as "heavy jangle for a world with nothing to celebrate". While this is true, they are so much more than that. With a fantastic live performance and several releases under their belts, King in Yellow seamlessly blend new wave, shoegaze, and post-punk with their own flare.

Giant (Philly) are heavy, chaotic, noise-rock with the occasional clean melodic guitar parts. Repetitive but not boring. Sure to keep you on your toes and highly engaged. This band could probably have fit the Three One G roster or toured with The Jesus Lizard.

Paltrow are a shoegaze-y slowcore band from Reading. Seeing them live, you'll get a bit of a Sunny Day Real Estate vibe. That's my closest frame of reference but I don't intend to fit them neatly into a box. Come check it out for yourself.
Hollow Protagonist are from all over central PA and are relatively new. They'll have music out soon, come give these folks a warm welcome.
