Kids Art Club: Neighborhood Leaf Walk
When: Friday 11/7, 10am-11am
Where: The Outdoor Classroom at Buchanan Park, located directly across from West Art next to the compost bins.
Class Description: Toddlers and their caregivers will meet at the outdoor classroom located in Buchanan Park, where we will read a story and go on a nature walk through the park to look for interesting foliage and other natural objects (Nature treasure bags will be provided!). When we return to the outdoor classroom, we will practice layering our objects to create cyanotype prints, nature paint brushes, and layered leaf rubbings to create a large collaborative artwork.
