PERFORMER BIOs

Adam Monaco:

Adam’s music is lush, colorful, melodic and takes root deep in the complex, beautiful stories that connect humanity. His lyrics resonate like a conversation with an old friend: personal, profound, engaged, and thought-provoking. His authentic performances showcase his ability to evoke the full range and complexity of human emotions; in one musical moment, he can bring audiences to tears, then lift them back up with witty banter and a relatable anecdote.

Adam’s musical goals recently reached a new height, when he was able to start working with his wife, Cate, who now adds another dimension to his music with her angelic harmonies. They have been recording a series of singles with a seven-piece band, including ‘Nevermind,’ which was released alongside a video in April 2023 and is available on all streaming platforms.

The Honey Badgers

The Honey Badgers are a folk/Americana duo who are known for their intense, sparkling harmonies, their honest lyrics and melodies, and their undeniable onstage chemistry. Weaving their voices together with Michael’s driving guitar and Erin’s wistful violin, they spin stories and songs about finding yourself, finding each other, and finding your way in the world. They were voted #1 “Most Wanted” at Falcon Ridge Folk Festival Emerging Artist Showcase 2023 and recently won Susquehanna Folk Festival’s Emerging Artist Showcase 2024. Their new album “The Earth Turns and So Do We”, released 6/20/2024, was #15 on the July 2024 FAI Folk Radio Chart.

Andrew Pauls

Andrew Pauls writes songs about everything from rainy days to Spain to space travel. But all of his songs have one thing in common: they’re about the relationships we have with ourselves, each other, and the places we call home.

Rooted in the American folk tradition, Andrew’s lyrics dance with his banjo and guitar to forge relatable songs about everyday joys and tragedies. In his music, listeners will hear the influence of songwriting veterans like John Prine and Joni Mitchell swirled with the flavors of contemporary artists like Watchhouse (FKA Mandolin Orange), The Tallest Man on Earth, and Hiss Golden Messenger.

Andrew enjoys commuting by bicycle, exploring his walkable city, cooking, reading, learning new things, and getting his hands in the dirt. He lives in Lancaster, PA with his spouse and a Chihuahua named Pinto.
